An accounting platform must make detailed information navigable while preserving client boundaries. Qwikr.tax brings practice operations and client-facing workflows into a shared platform, with different experiences for the people doing the work and the people supplying information.

Follow the user’s work
Document requests, portal invitations and quote approvals are discrete customer tasks. Designing around those tasks gives a client a reason to use the portal and a clear next step, rather than exposing the whole internal accounting system.

Where design meets implementation
Practice-specific branding and domains support distinct practice experiences. The underlying tenancy and access model remain essential: the right visual identity must accompany the right records and permissions.

What this build demonstrates
This project demonstrates product experience design for data-rich workflows. The interface needs to explain status, preserve context and support review. The linked engineering study explores the financial model and integration boundaries behind those decisions.
