01 / INSIDE THE BUILD
The experience challenge
Commerce design extends beyond a storefront. The same products may appear through ecommerce, wholesale or a physical till, while the team handles inventory, suppliers and fulfilment. The challenge is a coherent customer experience supported by coherent operational records.
02 / INSIDE THE BUILD
Follow the user’s work
The designer brief describes multiple surfaces and user roles. Product variants, bundles and configurators require interfaces that communicate the choice being made. Behind the sale, merchant screens need to show the order and the work required to fulfil it.
03 / INSIDE THE BUILD
Where design meets implementation
A separate storefront can present products without rendering the full operational application on every visit. Live availability still comes from the platform. This separation lets the buying experience and the management workspace serve different needs.

What this build demonstrates
The build shows how experience design and commerce engineering meet. A promise about availability in the interface depends on reservation and inventory rules behind it. The engineering study explains that shared source of truth in more detail.
The engineering behind the experience.
Binary Beach is part of TGF Digital. This is a companion perspective on the same build, focused on product experience. The TGF study explains the specification, calculations, architecture and validation.
